Job Description

The pricing coordinator position will process, analyze, and maintain all areas of pricing.  This position will be responsible for the execution, validation, and implementation of pricing related to pricing adjustments, new part loads, and communication across the organization and customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Retail Formula Pricing File: make sure all formulas and customers are up to date and accurate, make any revisions as needed, add new parts monthly and distribute.
  • Verify and enter all pricing agreements: load new parts into customer price agreements, maintain effective dates, load new agreements for price changes.
  • Create new Sales Price Groups: as needed create new Sales Price Groups as requested by Sales/Data team, update to Sales Price Lists.
  • Maintain and Create Customer Price Groups: make sure all customer price groups are set up correctly, create new customer price groups as requested by Sales/Management.
  • Verify, Approve, and/or Run All Customer price files that go out to customers including Agreement price files.
  • Responsible for full pricing process between departments for new item set up: Category, Sales, Finance, IT.
  • Work with Sales Operations Director to ensure that all product status changes are communicated out to the sales team monthly.
  • Work with Category Management team to ensure all data is communicated loaded into IFS, Website and B2B site.
  • New Product Pricing Load information into IFS. Work with Sales Operations Director to communicate out to the sales team.
  • Coordinate Price Changes with all departments: verify effective dates, set up temporary agreements, coordinate with IT, and assist Sales with price files.
  • Work with Category Management team on part status changes. Ensure that IFS is updated for Active, Supersession, Obsolete, etc. monthly.
  • Audit open orders for any discontinued, obsolete, engineering hold or superseded items monthly; communicate to Sales Team and Customer Service Team for clean-up.
  • Assist with data analysis and other pricing projects.

Requirements

  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Related experience or equivalent (experience in accounting a plus)
