General Description:

The Brand Marketing Coordinator is the organized heart of the busy and creative Brand Marketing Department. The position serves as the communication point for many of the day-to-day activities and projects flowing in and out. Responsible for maintaining order in both internal and external environments, the role focuses heavily on project coordination and administrative duties to keep things moving.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate across departments, with customers, and industry celebrities in support of overall marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Field incoming marketing project requests, documenting requirements, and assisting in production workflow from conception through to completion.
  • Cross-trained on active social media channels and analytic programs. Works with social media coordinator to develop strategies to implement posts and improve direct sales.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing team on content marketing and advertising efforts. Monitor calendar and project manage creative deliverables needed for a timely web production schedule.
  • Purchasing, inventory tracking and control of POP, apparel, and other marketing collateral.
  • Qualify incoming sponsorship requests, organize team reviews, communicate with requestors, create orders, and maintain database of active sponsorships.
  • Identify marketing and sales needs for customer and industry events. Secure required assets, develop call sheets, and participate in activations in support of company initiatives.
  • Provide additional project and support assistance as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
  • Organized, analytical, and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments on multiple deadline-driven initiatives at once
  • Can manage relationships with customers and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with workflow or project management software (JIRA, monday.com, Trello)
  • Must be available to occasionally travel and work weekend and evening hours

 

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally, and lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodations.
