- Search Engine Marketing (SEM / PPC) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Shopping Ads / product listing ads
- Display / Remarketing advertising
- Video advertising
- Social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and emerging platforms)
- Digital media buys across industry publications and key verticals
- Amazon advertising
- AB testing to drive ad engagement and ROI performance
- Advertising analysis to make data-driven campaign refinements and decisions
- Ability to create, manage and optimize new and existing advertising campaigns
- Excellent budget management skills in order to allocate ad spend based on channel performance
- Understanding of web consumer journeys and buying funnel touchpoints
- Understanding of latest digital advertising technologies and stays up to date with the latest ad features and platforms
- Ability to multi-task and deliver results
- Amazing Communication (Written and Verbal)
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
What are your responsible for?
- Own and manage all paid media platforms and campaigns
- PPC/SEM: daily management of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (text ads and shopping ads), bid strategy adjustments, keyword targeting/analysis, ad copy testing and new campaign strategies
- Display advertising: campaign adjustments and targeting implementation to AB test and frequently refresh ad creatives to reach new audiences, retarget site visitors and optimize display media ROAS
- Video advertising: request new video creatives, leverage existing footage and create new video ad campaigns across YouTube and other platforms
- Social media advertising: scale out advertising efforts to drive ad attribution across awareness, discovery, consideration and conversion (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.)
- Digital media buys: coordinate with Marketing department to align digital media strategy across key digital publications and industry verticals
- Amazon advertising: drive product discovery and conversions on Amazon marketplace through paid advertising efforts
- Performance reporting: compile, analyze and present findings on paid media efforts to identify opportunities and attribution to eCommerce sales
What you need?
- 4 years of eCommerce / paid digital marketing experience (brand or agency)
- 4 years of Search Engine Marketing / PPC experience (Google Ads certified a plus)
- 3 years of paid social media experience
- 1 years of Amazon advertising experience
- Proven results and experience growing and scaling out successful paid media programs
- Understanding of digital advertising eco-system and latest ad platform features
- Excellent data analysis (campaign metrics and website analytics)
- Automotive industry background a plus but not required
