    What are your responsible for?

    • Own and manage all paid media platforms and campaigns
    • PPC/SEM: daily management of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (text ads and shopping ads), bid strategy adjustments, keyword targeting/analysis, ad copy testing and new campaign strategies
    • Display advertising: campaign adjustments and targeting implementation to AB test and frequently refresh ad creatives to reach new audiences, retarget site visitors and optimize display media ROAS
    • Video advertising: request new video creatives, leverage existing footage and create new video ad campaigns across YouTube and other platforms
    • Social media advertising: scale out advertising efforts to drive ad attribution across awareness, discovery, consideration and conversion (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.)
    • Digital media buys: coordinate with Marketing department to align digital media strategy across key digital publications and industry verticals
    • Amazon advertising: drive product discovery and conversions on Amazon marketplace through paid advertising efforts
    • Performance reporting: compile, analyze and present findings on paid media efforts to identify opportunities and attribution to eCommerce sales


    What you need?

    • 4 years of eCommerce / paid digital marketing experience (brand or agency)
    • 4 years of Search Engine Marketing / PPC experience (Google Ads certified a plus)
    • 3 years of paid social media experience
    • 1 years of Amazon advertising experience
    • Proven results and experience growing and scaling out successful paid media programs
    • Understanding of digital advertising eco-system and latest ad platform features
    • Excellent data analysis (campaign metrics and website analytics)
    • Automotive industry background a plus but not required
