RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answers inbound service calls, emails and web chats
  • Assist customers with product inquiries including but not limited to: installation, fitment, warranty, correct product selection and general product calls.
  • Daily use of a CRM database to log all calls and create tech cases when needed
  • Communicate and work with Engineering and Category teams on product updates
  • Understand and stay current with the full range of Magnaflow Group’s products

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Automotive knowledge and experience a must; experience and/or knowledge of exhaust systems is a +
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills along with phone etiquette
  • Excellent computer & typing skills
  • Good organization and prioritizing along with the ability to follow through on all tasks to completion
  • Able to work independently; self-motivated; detail-oriented
  • Problem solving and time management skills
  • Quick learner, able to work in a fast paced environment

PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally.
