Salary Range: $139,500-$161,900/annuallyÂ
What you will be doing:Â
As an IT Applications and Development Manager, you will lead and mentor a talented team of software engineers. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities:Â
â¢Â   Plan and implement enterprise applications and related integrationsÂ
â¢Â   Design, Develop and Architect solutions that deliver value to the organization
â¢Â   Manage lifecycle of enterprise applications from selection/development and implementation to maintenance and upgrades.Â
â¢Â   Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering their professional growth.Â
â¢Â   Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.Â
â¢Â   Automate release pipelines and testing to improve quality of deliverables
â¢Â   Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.Â
â¢Â   Actively manage project timelines and resources
â¢Â   Identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle.Â
â¢Â   Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development
Requirements:
- *B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.Â
- *Project Management Certification is a big plus
- *10+ years of experience in IT and software engineering roles
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.Â
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Â
- Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise applications (ERP, WMS, MES)Â
- Experience with ERP integrations (EDI, ECommerce, etc)Â
- Experience with .Net C# and other object-oriented programming languages (Java, C++, Python, etc.).Â
- Proficiency in DevOps management tools and code repositories (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, GitHub, etc)
- Understanding of web languages and frameworks (JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SASS, BootStrap).Â
- Experience with SQL and SQL server (Oracle is a plus).Â
- Experience with test and QA automation tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).Â
- Knowledge of Cloud ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic) is a huge plusâ¯
- Project Management Certification is a plus
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
