Responsibilities: 

Responsible for gathering and analyzing a large volume of complex data to identify underperforming areas within the supply chain and developing strategic solutions to improve operational performance. Review logistical functions and provide insights and recommendations for resolving issues within company’s complex supply chain systems. Analyze, update and maintain business, accounting, and manufacturing systems. Perform statistical analysis using forecasting models and software analytical tools. Work with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, including Epicore, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, to identify and address issues, optimize supply chain processes, and drive data-informed decision-making. Analyze data and extract meaningful insights to improve supply chain process. Assist in the negotiation of supplier contracts or service arrangements. Turn raw data into actionable insights that can be communicated to the team in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Electronic Engineering, or closely related quantitative field, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or related occupation working as a Supply Chain Manager, Production Planner or Buyer.

Must have 3 years of experience in:

  • Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement;
  • Working with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and reduce operational costs;
  • Implementing best practices in inventory management, procurement and logistics, generating and maintaining reports on inventory levels, production schedules and order fulfillment;
  • Conducting regular audits of systems to identify and correct discrepancies;
  • Collaborating with production, procurement and finance teams to support seamless operations;
  • Providing training and support to team members on ERP systems and data management tools; and
  • Working with ERP systems, including Epicore, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics, to identify and address issues, optimize supply chain processes, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Must travel to company’s plant in Mexico approx. 1 time per month, 1 day per trip.

**Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, supply chain, industrial engineering, etc.).
  • 5+ years’ experience in the manufacturing & supply chain environment.
  • Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally, and lift up to 10 pounds with or without accommodations.

•    Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
