The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for palletizing finished goods in preparation for shipment to customers. This includes efficiently cubing pallets and stacking a diverse range of box sizes and weights to optimize space and ensure safe transport.

 

Salary Range:  

$16.73 to $20.48 USD 

*Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location. 

Responsibilities:

  • Palletizing finished goods with optimal cubing techniques
  • Strapping finished goods securely on pallets
  • Consistently meeting productivity standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Operating a pallet jack safely and efficiently
  • Labeling finished goods prior to shipment

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must wear require PPE (Safety teel toe shoes and safety glasses)

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing environments is often preferred but not always required.
  • Must be able to sit and stand intermittently, use a keyboard, climb stairs occasionally, and lift up to 60 pounds with or without accommodations.
